Areas of Practice
Conveyancing
All aspects of property transactions, whether residential, commercial or agricultural, including transfers of ownership, registrations and cancellations of mortgage bonds, full title and sectional title developments, subdivisions and consolidations. We serve on the conveyancing panels of Absa Bank, First National Bank, Standard Bank and SA Home Loans.
Estates
We administer the deceased estate administration process from reporting the estate with the Master of the High Court until final distribution to heirs and compliance with the Master’s directives. We also draft Wills and advise on estate planning and Trusts.
Labour Law
We act on behalf of employers and render a full spectrum of labour law services, from advice on employment contracts, collective bargaining, disciplinary hearings and dispute resolution to appearances in the CCMA, Bargaining Councils and the Labour Court.
Notarial Law
Drafting and registration of Antenuptial Contracts, long-term Lease Agreements, Notarial Bonds and Servitude Agreements.
Commercial Law
Drafting of commercial, business and other agreements, for example Deeds of Sale and Lease Agreements.
